    LINDSAY: I was put on two different medications and unfortunately, we had to adjust my steroid dose a few times because of flares. It was so frustrating.

    LINDSAY: Looking at me from the outside, I probably looked ok. But the truth was...I was struggling. I was incredibly tired all the time and the joints in my hands and knees hurt so badly. I hesitated to tell my doctor how bad it was because I didn't think he’d understand.
